Fluidized Quick-Freezing Machine
The fluidized bed freezer makes the product float on the stainless steel mesh belt by mechanical vibration and wind pressure, so as to realize the quick freezing of the monomer and prevent adhesion. It is mainly suitable for quick freezing of vegetables, fruits and other granular, flake and block foods. The processing method of preserving vegetables by low temperature and quick freezing is that the pretreated vegetables are frozen at - 30 ~ - 35 ℃ or lower, then packed in plastic bags, boxes and other containers, or frozen again after packaging, and then stored at - 18 ℃ to inhibit the growth and propagation of microorganisms and the activity of enzymes, so that the vegetables can be preserved for a long time.
